Purchase is made when you dial a flat-rate telephone number in the U.S. 900 area code (only works for callers within the U.S.). An automated voice will read information to you, which you will then use to claim whatever it is you just bought. It's as easy as 1-2-3:

If you do need to disconnect from the Internet in order to place a telephone call, click your browser's Back button, write down the URL Address of that previous page, then come Forward to this page again and print this page (or save it as text). 

2  Take that paper and pencil with you to a touch-tone telephone. Call the 900 number below. The automated recording will advise you that you will be charged for this call. The charge, by the way, will appear on your phone bill as "Web Access."

The voice will then ask you to enter the above System ID#. Dial it in. 

The voice will read out a number, then read it out again. Write down the number carefully.
